Established on September 28, 2016, in Gampaha, FLi has grown into a leading microfinance institution with 52 branches, 827 staff members, and over 105,000 customers across Sri Lanka. In just eight years, we have built a robust microfinance loan portfolio of LKR 5 billion, offering flexible financial solutions to underserved communities without the need for physical collateral.

Our mission is “To enrich lives through respectful and mutually beneficial relationships.” FLi provides both financial and non financial services to low-income households and microenterprises in rural, urban, and suburban areas, empowering them toward self-employment and economic stability.

At Future Life Investments Ltd., our core values define who we are and guide every action we take. We prioritize integrity, ensuring that honesty and ethical practices are at the heart of all our interactions. Our commitment to creating win-win scenarios means every transaction, whether financial or personal, is built on mutual respect and benefit. Through empathy, we strive to understand our clients’ needs by walking in their shoes before offering solutions. We are deeply invested in growth, believing in the immense potential of our clients and nurturing relationships that empower success. Finally, we uphold transparency, leaving everything in the open to foster trust and accountability in all that we do.
