Applicants are required to complete both the Application Form and the Company Profile when submitting their first request for assistance from ProMiS. If assistance has already been received from ProMiS, applicants requesting additional assistance need to submit only the Application Form.We regret that we cannot process an application for assistance until all the required documents have been received
